A: Oh, yes, you can! You need to find a way to do it. At the end of the day, you must be able to afford to hire me for consulting. Just a few hours of consulting can point you in right directions and you will love the results and you will want to hire me for full time.

- Equity is given on top of cash payment. The base compensation must be in cash. Equity can sweeten the deal, but not replace it.
